We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Project Manager to oversee the delivery of stunning creative work.

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, high-volume brand content environment.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing timelines, enforcing quality control, and partnering with clients to ensure every asset lands with impact.

Key responsibilities include:

Strategic & Production Planning
  • Develop tactical production roadmaps with clear KPIs and allocate work across teams for optimal throughput.
  • Partner with analytics to turn asset performance into iterative tests and track throughput, asset cycles, and revise workflows to reduce drag.
Quality Control & Visual Review
  • Own SOPs, checklists, and zero-defect processes without slowing velocity.
  • QC creative outputs in Figma/Adobe: Priority Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator, Adobe Premiere or After Effects, Canva, spelling, brand specs, cut-outs, platform compliance (Meta, LinkedIn, Amazon, etc.).
Stakeholder Communication
  • Surface blockers early, issue weekly snapshots, and synthesize production updates into business impact.
  • Serve as a single point of contact for assigned client PMs and marketers.
MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5+ continuous years in creative project management (agency or high-volume brand team).
  • Fluency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator, Adobe Premiere or After Effects and Canva,
  • Can give visual feedback clearly and constructively.
  • Proficiency with post-production workflows, platform specs (Amazon, Meta, TikTok), and campaign logic.
  • Proven ability to reduce error rates and rework under deadline pressure.
