Job Title: Visual Creative Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Visual Creative Lead to join our team. This role requires an individual with exceptional design abilities, including proficiency in web and graphic design.


Key Responsibilities:
  • To develop high-quality designs for branding, print, digital media, ads, presentations, and infographics.
  • To integrate AI tools to enhance ideation and improve creative output.
  • To collaborate with designers and quality analysts to ensure consistent, on-brand designs.
  • To interpret client briefs with clarity and professionalism, turning vague input into strategic creative output.
  • To manage time efficiently across multiple design requests daily, maintaining quality and creativity.

Requirements:
  • A proven track record (3-5 years) in web and graphic design, preferably in a remote agency or client-facing setup.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing versatility, originality, and attention to detail across print and digital media.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Canva, and AI design tools.
  • Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles and responsive web design.
  • Advanced English communication skills and a reliable computer setup.
