Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Employment Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating interview scheduling, providing a seamless candidate experience, and building relationships with managers and recruiters.

About the Role

As an Employment Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the recruitment process, ensuring that all candidates have a positive experience, and helping to identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and optimizing scheduling efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and provide a seamless candidate experience from start to finish.
  • Build trusting relationships with managers, interviewers, recruiters, and HRBP's to collaborate and drive performance.
  • Run point on all onboarding tasks and questions for new hires, including background check management and US I-9 verification paperwork.
  • Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and optimizing scheduling efficiency.
  • Quality checks offer documentation to remove errors, ensure consistency, and comply with location-specific laws and regulations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong organizational and time management skills. You should also have experience with recruitment coordination or project coordination, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you will need to be proficient in using scheduling tools and able to pick up tooling quickly and follow processes for clean data creation.
