Job Title: Recruiter (Dayshift PHT)

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a Recruiter (Dayshift PHT). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating hiring activities, managing the recruitment process, and communicating with candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with the HR department on all hiring activities, ensuring seamless execution of recruitment processes.
  • Communicate promptly with candidates through various channels, including email and phone calls.
  • Prepare and post job advertisements across multiple platforms to attract top talent.
  • Screen resumes and conduct interviews to identify suitable candidates.
  • Schedule interviews and maintain calendars for hiring teams and candidates, minimizing delays and maximizing productivity.
  • Initiate and process background checks for shortlisted candidates, upholding our organization's commitment to due diligence.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring easy access to candidate information.
  • Provide assistance with new hire onboarding, preparing necessary documentation and facilitating tasks to ensure a smooth transition.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with candidates and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in using technology to streamline hiring processes, including software and online platforms.
  • Attention to detail, with ability to maintain accurate records and databases.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and delivering results under pressure.
