Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administer daily functions of the HR department, ensuring seamless operations and employee support.
  2. Provide expert guidance on policies and procedures to address employee inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  3. Manage onboarding processes for new hires, personnel changes, and terminations with precision and attention to detail.

Detailed Responsibilities:

  1. Execute routine tasks to administer and execute human resource programs with accuracy and timeliness.
  2. Respond to frequent questions from employees and managers regarding standard policies, processes, benefits, and more.
  3. Participate in new hire orientation and other employee development programs to promote a positive work environment.
  4. Maintain strict compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  5. Ensure accurate and up-to-date HR files, records, and documentation are maintained at all times.
  6. Protect the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive HR information and files.
  7. Perform periodic audits to guarantee all required documents are collected and filed correctly.
  8. Serve as a liaison between the organization and external vendors to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  9. Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in HR, talent management, and employment law.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 2-4 years' experience in HR Generalist roles (US)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage confidential situations effectively
  • Outstanding organizational skills, high degree of accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Effective stress and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
