Vendor Program Administrator

Position Summary: The Vendor Program Administrator is responsible for managing the administrative aspects of third-party onboarding and risk screening.
This role reports to the head of the Vendor Management Office.
Administrative tasks will include, but are not limited to:
- New Third-Party Onboarding: Reviewing intake submissions from stakeholders, requesting, verifying, and uploading necessary documentation (Due Diligence) and setting up third-party profiles in the Third-Party database. Follow-ups with stakeholders will be a collaborative effort of the VMO team.
Data Management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date third-party information within the organization's database, including contact details, contract terms, and other applicable data points.
Metrics Tracking: Vendor Program Administrators will be responsible for tracking their workload and processing time.

- % of new onboarding submissions to % of processed meeting SLA
- % Review & Challenges of IRA
- % Reputational Reviews
- % Due Diligence Collections
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors in data.
- Ability to work independently while meeting strict deadlines.
- Strong analytical, research, and root cause analysis skills.
- Proficiency in data entry and management systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with others.
- Basic understanding of contract law and procurement procedures is preferred.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SmartSheet, and relevant data repository software platforms.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Previous customer service or resolution experience is a plus.
Previous vendor management and/or procurement experience is a plus.
Previous data-entry experience (accuracy is a plus).
