This is a full-time position working in a Shared Service setup/Regional or Global Business Services. The ideal candidate will have strong drive for results, accuracy, and control compliance. They will also have excellent financial/business acumen and analytical abilities.
About Your RoleIn this role, you will support the administration of various Total Rewards programs of the assigned region. This includes providing in-depth analyses for current and proposed programs to support decisions and administration of all total reward programs.
- You will conduct internal equity and external market competitiveness reviews of programs to ensure that SC Johnson is attracting and retaining top talent
- Provide technical and consultative assistance to HR stakeholders regarding the total rewards programs
- Participate in the communication and implementation of various components of a company's pay and rewards program
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or related discipline
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Total Rewards in a Shared Service setup/Regional or Global Business Services
- Experience handling APAC countries' compensation and benefits programs is required
