Job Description:

  1. Design and implement compensation and benefits strategies to attract and retain talent.
  2. Manage payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with tax and labor regulations.
  3. Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, leave policies, and wellness initiatives.
  4. Ensure compliance with government-mandated benefits, such as SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and tax regulations.
  5. Optimise payroll and benefits-related processes.
  6. Address employee inquiries related to compensation, benefits, and payroll concerns.
  7. Develop policies and procedures related to compensation and benefits.
  8. Prepare reports and analytics on compensation trends, payroll costs, and benefits utilisation.

Job Qualifications:

  1. Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field OR Certification in Compensation and Benefits.
  2. 5+ years of Compensation and Benefits experience, with experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
  3. Exposure to payroll processes, familiarity with payroll software and statutory contributions.
  4. Strong knowledge of Philippine labour laws, taxation, and government mandated benefits.
  5. Strong leadership skills to inspire and manage teams, foster a positive work environment, and drive performance.
  6. Working knowledge in Human Resource Operations.
  7. Amenable to work in APAC Schedule and shifting schedule.
  8. Amenable to work 100% on-site in Makati.
