**Financial Planning Analyst Role Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Financial Planning Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing forecasts, and reporting on financial performance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial principles and be able to multitask and prioritize effectively. Experience with financial planning and analysis is required, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and analyze financial data to inform business decisions
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and forecasts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements
  • Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards to support business intelligence
  • Provide expert-level financial guidance and support to senior leadership and other stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification preferred
  • At least 8 years of experience in finance and/or accounting
  • Proven track record of success in financial planning and analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
