Logistics Operations Coordinator

This role is focused on ensuring the efficient and effective day-to-day operations of a logistics hub.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing parcel inbounding, sorting, and rider dispatch to ensure timely delivery of packages.
  • Monitoring hub performance and implementing process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency.
  • Coordinating with agency teams and supporting customer support functions as needed.
  • Handling payment transactions and associated payment processes.

Requirements for this role include:

  • Bachelor's degree holder with at least 3 years of experience in logistics or a related field.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in managing warehouse or hub environments.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly.
