AI Salesforce Developer

This role demands expertise in leveraging artificial intelligence capabilities to enhance and optimize Salesforce solutions for clients.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop custom AI Agentforce solutions, and drive innovation to streamline business processes and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

  • Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using APEX and other Salesforce technologies.
  • Analyze business processes and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Design, configure, and maintain Salesforce lab demo environments to support testing, demonstrations, and training sessions.
  • Manage Salesforce projects from conception to implementation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, delegating tasks to project team members in order to deliver high-quality projects that use AI in Salesforce.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience developing specifically for Salesforce, in Sales & Service Cloud.
  • Preferred experience: Salesforce Einstein, OOTB GenAI & Predictive Features, Agent Studio, DataCloud, Experience Cloud.
  • Exposure and experience with Generative AI technologies or capabilities.
  • Hands-on experience working with data sources, APIs, and integration tools to ensure seamless data flow and accurate data management within the Salesforce ecosystem.
