We're on the lookout for a seasoned Market Intelligence Analyst who can fuse data into strategy and translate market movements into powerful business recommendations. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, Strategy, and Innovation — you'll be the voice of the market, guiding decision-makers on where to go next.

What You'll Own

This isn't just another marketing analyst role. You'll be the go-to expert on global dental markets, turning fragmented data into actionable direction — whether it's launching a new product, defending market share, or mapping competitive advantages.

You will:

  • Lead the Global Dental Market (GDM) Project, from data sourcing to storytelling
  • Know exactly where to go for the right data — and how to fuse it all into meaningful insights
  • Build and track strategic KPIs like SWOT, gap, environmental, and portfolio analyses
  • Identify growth opportunities and support key marketing and sales initiatives with solid, data-backed recommendations
  • Collaborate with external market research agencies and internal stakeholders to align insights and execution
  • Support cross-regional strategic planning with detailed market forecasts, competitor analysis, and opportunity assessments
  • Deliver high-level reports and models to guide leadership decisions — confidently, clearly, and with credibility
  • Constantly observe and evaluate industry benchmarks, trade show trends, and competitor activity to stay one step ahead
Who You Are

You're more than a data analyst — you're a strategic thinker, a market whisperer, and a credible advisor to leadership. You're someone who sees patterns others miss, and who brings both technical rigor and business intuition to every insight.

Must-Haves:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Economics, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in market intelligence or business analysis
  • Proven experience using BI tools (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud), MS Office, and SharePoint
  • Strong communication and presentation skills — you can speak to senior stakeholders with confidence
  • Able to work independently and establish credibility quickly within a global matrixed environment
  • Comfortable coordinating with both internal teams and external research vendors
  • Familiarity with dental, medical, or pharmaceutical markets is a plus (but not required)
