Lead Data Solutions Architect

The role of Lead Data Solutions Architect is a challenging and exciting opportunity for those who thrive in fast-paced environments. Our ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of data analysis, business intelligence, and Power BI solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing data pipelines, creating star schema data models, and building reports and dashboards using DAX and source queries. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with customers and stakeholders.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with 8+ years of experience in data and business intelligence solutions on the Microsoft tool stack. Experience with Power BI licensing, data transformations, and visualizations is essential.

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on complex projects, collaborate with experts, and stay up-to-date with the latest technology advancements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement data pipelines using Databricks platform
  • Design and build reports and dashboards using Power BI
  • Conduct customer discovery meetings to determine reporting requirements
  • Work with customers to understand their business needs and develop solutions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in data and business intelligence solutions on the Microsoft tool stack
  • Strong knowledge of Power BI, DAX, and data modeling
  • Experience with Power Query/M language and Databricks platform
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Skills:
  • Power BI tenant and workspace management
  • Experience with analytics and custom visualizations
  • Advanced SQL including query tuning
