A successful Account Executive combines client management, solution delivery, and business growth. This role involves guiding clients from implementation through ongoing success, handling tasks that support day-to-day operations.
Main Responsibilities:- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are addressed.
- Analyse client operations and recommend solutions tailored to their goals.
- Deliver projects, lead training sessions, and support the adoption of dashboard solutions.
- Build long-term relationships that drive satisfaction and retention.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling within accounts.
- Resolve client issues promptly and work with internal teams to prevent recurrence.
- Monitor product usage, gather feedback, and share insights with stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in B2B account management, client success, or technology consulting (SaaS/analytics experience beneficial).
- Proven ability to manage accounts and deliver solutions that meet client expectations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working with diverse clients.
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to manage both planned responsibilities and ad hoc work.
