Client Implementation Specialist

This role is a key position within the organization and is responsible for onboarding GEO workers and clients across the globe. The Onboarding Specialist provides world-class customer service to new clients and their workers, setting the stage for a successful ongoing partnership between the client and Safeguard. You will work with Sales, Solutions Consulting, Operations, and in-country partner teams to ensure onboarding is smooth and compliant. The Onboarding Specialist may also act as project lead for large volume or complex onboards.

• Manage end-to-end onboarding process for GEO workers and clients.
• Facilitate creation, review, and approval of employment agreements.
• Provide local legislation and HR knowledge for onboarding locations.
• Collaborate with in-country experts and local market specialists during onboarding.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of GEO processes.
• Attend client calls as needed during onboarding.
• Ensure benefits are obtained during onboarding in coordination with relevant parties.
• Ensure background checks are completed as requested.
• Ensure worker data and onboarding documentation are completed, filed, and input before transfer to Operations.
• Adapt or create payroll calendars and issue to clients, including new territories.
• Serve as the point of contact for workers' queries during onboarding.
• Set up clients and workers in the Global system and provide necessary system documentation.
• Ensure monthly payroll files are updated post-onboard and provide a thorough handover to Operations.
• Project-manage large or complex onboards to ensure timely implementation.
• Follow up with clients not yet started onboarding and build urgency for submission.
• Offer solutions or partner referrals to clients unable to begin onboarding.
• Maintain SLA achievement and high client satisfaction with the onboarding process.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role.
• HR administration/coordination or implementation experience preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to explain complex concepts.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize with strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Self-directed with initiative; proficient in Microsoft Office; strong geographic knowledge.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment; client-focused approach.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
