About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage documentation and coordinate financial and travel requirements to maintain a professional external presence.
  • Provide administrative assistance, including managing records and coordinating with teams.
  • Coordinate finance and billing, ensuring timely payments and compliance with regulations.
  • Maintain regulatory compliance, adhering to laws and industry standards.
  • Resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service.
  • Oversee travel and logistics, booking flights and accommodations efficiently.
  • Support marketing efforts, assisting with event planning and promotional activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with Google Workspace.
  • Basic knowledge of finance administration is an advantage.
