Key Responsibilities- Manage documentation and coordinate financial and travel requirements to maintain a professional external presence.
- Provide administrative assistance, including managing records and coordinating with teams.
- Coordinate finance and billing, ensuring timely payments and compliance with regulations.
- Maintain regulatory compliance, adhering to laws and industry standards.
- Resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service.
- Oversee travel and logistics, booking flights and accommodations efficiently.
- Support marketing efforts, assisting with event planning and promotional activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with Google Workspace.
- Basic knowledge of finance administration is an advantage.
