We are seeking a detail-oriented Property Management Coordinator to provide administrative support to our clients and perform various tasks.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Business Administration or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience as an Admin Assistant working with remote teams.
  • Familiarity with real estate tools such as Console, Inspection Real Estate, Agentbox, RealHub, PropertyMe, Property Tree, and ActivePipe.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with strong call handling skills and attention to detail.
  • A pleasing personality and ability to collaborate with remote teams.
