About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Learning and OD Manager to lead our team of learning specialists and drive the implementation of innovative learning initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach and develop a team of learning specialists to achieve exceptional results.
  • Plan and project manage the delivery of cost-effective, timely and high-quality learning initiatives.
  • Evaluate the success of learning initiatives against performance metrics and make improvements as needed.
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis to identify local and business-specific L&D needs and develop effective delivery methodologies.
  • Oversee team members' workloads and provide coaching to ensure they execute against standard learning & development frameworks.
  • Provide feedback to continuously improve learning materials, methodology and processes.
  • Develop and implement an effective training quality assurance program to evaluate training programs and make step improvements.
  • Actively promote innovation in learning consultation and investigation of alternative learning options.
  • Provide input to competency framework development and maintenance for key roles aligned to our business objectives.
  • Manage audience profiles and apply learning once programs deploy.
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures for the business.
  • Assess and accredit learning specialists to deliver training against Ionos Standards.
Requirements
  • A degree in HR, Learning and Development, Psychology or similar.
  • 5-7 years in a Learning or OD role with at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity.
  • People management experience with a team of up to 5.
  • Training certifications are an advantage.
  • Business consulting and partnering experience is required.

Salary

$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
