Human Resources Director Role

The Human Resources Director will play a pivotal role in providing strategic guidance and comprehensive support to our clients.

This senior-level position will oversee the entire HR function, managing employee lifecycle, aligning initiatives with business needs, and building relationships as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders.

We are seeking an experienced professional who can proactively identify trends, propose actions, develop new policies, leverage technology, and streamline workflow to increase productivity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of all HR functions, including policy development, process implementation, and system management
  • Employee lifecycle management, encompassing onboarding, offboarding, performance management, employee relations, and dispute resolution
  • Alignment of HR initiatives and people strategy with business objectives, supporting employee and leadership development, and developing succession plans
  • Building relationships as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, participating in strategic planning, policy development, and decision-making
  • Identification of trends, proposal of actions, and development of new policies to stay dynamic and agile
  • Leverage of technology and HRIS to streamline workflow and increase productivity
Requirements:
  • BA degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Proven track record of at least 7 years of experience in managing a diverse HR team
  • Enthusiasm for acquiring new knowledge, opportunities, and experiences
  • Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices, with a deep understanding of benefits administration
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, adept at adapting to changing dynamics
