Job Title: Senior Human Resources Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead our team in the EMEA region. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of labour laws and regulations, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic guidance on HR matters, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring compliance with labour laws across the EMEA region.

The role requires a high level of autonomy, with the ability to work independently and make informed decisions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback
  • Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures throughout the EMEA region
  • Stay abreast of changes in labour laws and regulations, adjusting HR practices accordingly

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in EMEA HR operations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and diverse environment
  • In-depth understanding of labour laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices across the EMEA region
