Human Resources Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled Human Resource Manager to join our team. If you have experience in recruitment and management, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex employee relations issues and resolve grievances.
  • Develop HR policies by formulating processes, guidelines, conducting research, benchmarking and providing advisory services.
  • Provide guidance on HR policies and work closely with management and employees to improve relationships, morale, productivity and retention.
  • Analyze HR metrics, report findings and implement knowledge management strategies.
  • Manage vendor relationships and employer branding efforts.
  • Implement function-specific initiatives, audits and compliance measures.
  • Deploy change management activities to implement policies and monitor their effectiveness.
  • Participate in research projects, data analysis, statistical modeling and setting up conversations based on senior input.
  • Plan, monitor and execute assigned activities to ensure effective HR service delivery. Assist supervisors in identifying areas of improvement in HR processes, policies and systems.
  • Collect HR data by coordinating with units, business excellence forums and centers of excellence.
  • Handle virtual tasks as required based on senior input.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess a college degree preferably in human resource management, law or psychology.
  • At least 3-5 years of working experience as an HR manager, supervisor or associate manager in a BPO environment is preferred.
  • Ability to present oneself as positive, polite and professional throughout interactions.
  • Able to work onsite in Alabang facility on a rotational/shifting schedule.
