Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned organizational development professional to fill the role of HR Business Partner. As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with business leaders to drive strategic initiatives that align with company objectives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Bolster relationships with stakeholders to understand business goals and challenges.
  • Provide expert guidance on human resources matters to drive performance, engagement, and workforce alignment.
Organizational Performance
  • Lead change management efforts, including restructuring and policy revisions.
  • Evaluate initiatives for alignment with business priorities and support long-term growth.
Performance Enhancement
  • Support managers in establishing effective performance management practices.
  • Offer coaching and guidance to improve team and individual performance.
Employee Relations
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and mediator for employee relations matters.
  • Conduct investigations and recommend fair and consistent resolutions for grievances and disciplinary actions.
Employee Engagement
  • Design and implement programs to boost morale, recognition, and company culture.
  • Analyze employee feedback and suggest initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction.
HR Policy Compliance
  • Interpret and enforce HR policies and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Provide timely guidance to stakeholders on complex HR matters.
HR Data Analysis
  • Leverage HR data and metrics to identify trends and inform decision-making.
  • Present actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Change Management and Training
  • Support the rollout of new initiatives and systems by communicating change clearly and facilitating learning programs.
  • Promote adoption and continuous improvement through stakeholder alignment.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR is a plus).
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in HR management, preferably in a business partner capacity.
  • Strong foundation in employee relations, organizational development, and performance management.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Proven ability to influence, build trust, and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in HRIS platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and HR data analytics tools.
  • Experience in the BPO industry is highly desirable.
