Customer Service Specialist Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and professional Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our clients via telephone. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for delivering a warm and welcoming presence, answering incoming calls promptly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism and efficiency
  • Route callers to the appropriate department or team member based on their needs
  • Provide general information about services and processes as applicable
  • Maintain accurate call logs and messages to ensure seamless communication
  • Follow established call-handling protocols and update internal directories as needed

Requirements:
  • Minimum three years of experience in a receptionist, call center, or customer service role
  • Strong verbal communication and listening skills, with excellent interpersonal skills and a pleasant phone manner
  • Tech-savvy with experience using VoIP systems, call management software, and basic CRM tools
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet, professional remote work environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience supporting North American teams or clients
  • Background in administrative support or executive assistance is a plus
