Client Service Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage client relationships and ensure seamless service delivery. This role is ideal for someone who can work independently, take initiative, and build trust within our team.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective client service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Prepare comprehensive documents, including Statements of Advice (SoAs), Records of Advice (RoAs), and other compliance materials.
- Support financial advisors with paraplanning tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain and update client records in CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Liaise with product providers and clients to follow up on applications and requirements, promoting efficient communication.
- Ensure compliance with Australian financial services regulations and company policies, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in client services, paraplanning, or a related role in financial planning/wealth management.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in financial principles.
- Excellent understanding of financial planning processes and compliance requirements, enabling effective decision-making.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in daily tasks.
- Superior communication skills, allowing for confident interaction with advisors, providers, and clients.
- Previous experience supporting Australian financial planners, showcasing expertise in local market requirements.
