You will also assist with property management-related administrative tasks, such as managing listings, preparing contracts, and maintaining compliance.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are essential for this role, particularly when handling client and tenant phone calls.
- Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role is required, preferably in the U.S. real estate or property management industry.
- Familiarity with Hubspot and/or AppFolio is preferred.
