Client Service Representative

This role involves handling inbound calls for clients, answering inquiries and scheduling appointments. You will represent the client professionally, taking detailed call notes and transmitting them with accuracy.
Main Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service.
- Book appointments on CRM platforms.
- Take precise call notes including contact information and reason for inquiry.
- Communicate effectively with clients and confirm their directions as needed.
Requirements
- Technical Requirements:
- Adequate internet speed and a reliable computer system.
- Backup power source necessary.
The ideal candidate has experience in BPO, is able to multitask and communicate confidently with clients. Training will be provided for motivated individuals who are eager to add value within our organization.
