Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a pivotal role in shaping the organizational landscape by attracting, engaging, and qualifying top talent. This position requires an individual who can navigate complex sourcing strategies, foster open communication with candidates, and maintain a proactive approach to building a robust candidate pipeline.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to fulfill executive and non-executive vacancies, ensuring timely delivery of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
  • Negotiate candidate offers, conduct market research, and provide stakeholders with actionable insights on market trends and activity information.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create tailored interview questions that align with the required knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies for each role.
  • Design and develop job offers for executive and non-executive hires, ensuring approvals are secured before offer discussion.
  • Manage diverse sourcing channels, including referrals, job portals, professional networking sites, university partnerships, and social media platforms.
  • Facilitate feedback sessions with key stakeholders to ensure timely production of relevant documentation and approval.
  • Analyze data to monitor and improve candidate and new hire experience metrics, such as net promoter score, channel efficiency, turn-around time, offer acceptance rate, and quality of hire.

Requirements:
  • Recruitment Expertise: Proven ability to source, screen, and qualify top talent for executive and non-executive roles.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex recruitment strategies to various stakeholders.
  • Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of local and global markets, with the ability to provide actionable insights on market trends and competitor activity.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing data to inform recruitment strategies and measure the success of hiring initiatives.
