Job Overview

A Human Resources Manager oversees the administration of an organization's workforce, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. Key responsibilities include guiding line managers in HR decision-making, conducting investigations into employee complaints, and developing safety and security risk management programs.

Additional duties include exit interviews, monitoring department goals, assisting with open enrollment, and maintaining unemployment claims. A successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of labor law, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate staff members.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED – Required
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience – Required
  • Licenses or certifications (Please List) – Preferred

Required experience includes 3-5 years as an HR Manager or relevant supervisory capacity. Comprehensive experience in all areas of HR is also preferred.
