Unlock your career potential as a Lead Analyst in our Digital Human Capital Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of Oracle HCM Talent Management modules across different business units and geographic regions.

Job Description

As a Lead Analyst, you will work closely with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to configure applications according to business requirements and Emerson/Digital HCM standards. You will also assist in the implementation of new configurations, testing, and functional analysis before production migration.

Additionally, you will implement Guided Learning for Oracle HCM modules and partner with organization contacts to identify and resolve production issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure applications based on business unit requirements and Emerson/Digital HCM standards.
  • Assist in the implementation of Oracle HCM Talent Management modules.
  • Test and analyze new configurations before production migration.
  • Implement Guided Learning for Oracle HCM modules.
  • Partner with organization contacts to resolve production issues.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
  • At least 6 years of experience in Shared Services industry, preferably with focus on HCM applications and HR processes.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Excellent customer service orientation.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with agile teams and SAFe agile implementation practices.
