About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in BGC, Taguig.

This role will support the creation of a talent pipeline using various sourcing methods and campaigns to attract the right candidates. You will participate in job fairs, campus recruitment events, and other sourcing initiatives to promote our employer brand and expand candidate reach.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the assessment of high-volume applications across different divisions
  • Collaborate closely with the Sourcing Team to provide quality talent and participate in calibration sessions with stakeholders for critical hiring needs
  • Monitor and complete weekly productivity reports, track candidate progress, and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Ensure alignment with all regulatory and internal policies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience in sourcing volume and niche roles, ideally in banking or finance
  • Open to fresh graduates with strong academic and extracurricular achievements
  • Solid understanding of sourcing techniques, passive recruitment, and employer branding
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with internal and external stakeholders
  • Highly organized and capable of multitasking
  • Proficient in MS Excel, especially for reporting and basic data analysis
