Lead Business Partner

We are seeking a talented and ambitious Lead Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our corporate banking group, you will be responsible for originating, developing, reviewing and managing loan portfolio relationships. Your expertise in account management, business development, marketing and sales will enable you to cross-sell appropriate bank products and services across target segments.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to hone your experience in client engagement, financial analysis, and credit evaluation. You will work closely with clients from various industries, understanding their businesses and identifying opportunities to drive growth and profitability.

To succeed in this position, you will need to possess strong strategic thinking and negotiation skills, as well as excellent communication and active listening skills. A Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Finance or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in account management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Originate, develop, review and manage loan portfolio relationships
  • Cross-sell appropriate bank products and services across target segments
  • Hone experience in client engagement, financial analysis, and credit evaluation
  • Work closely with clients from various industries, understanding their businesses and identifying opportunities to drive growth and profitability

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Finance or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in account management
  • Strong background in credit evaluation and financial analysis preferred
  • Experience in banking an advantage
  • Excellent strategic thinking and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication (verbal, non-verbal, written and presentation) and active listening skills
