About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting thorough takeoffs based on received drawings
  • Managing and tracking RFPs to ensure timely responses
  • Assembling accurate estimates for each project
  • Incorporating updates and changes based on revised drawings
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as an estimator or in a similar position
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software
