The ideal candidate will play a critical role in estimating, document management, and assistance in project management.

This position requires strong technical skills, excellent time management, and a willingness to understand and/or learn the concrete construction industry. Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesManage bidding documents and assist with or provide comprehensive project estimates. Procure subcontractor pricing, vendor pricing, and any other pre-bid quotes necessary to provide complete bidCreate project takeoffs using software tools such as Bluebeam, ProCore, BidConnect, and others.

Support construction estimating and budgeting processes using HeavyBid and HeavyJob. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Address issues or cost changes promptly during the construction process.

Assist in project management, write up extras and change orders, and help review job site plan changes and any cost impacts. QualificationsA degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore and HeavyBid is preferred.

Strong understanding of construction estimating techniques and practices. Familiarity with construction documents and drawings is essential. Experience working on construction sites is a plus.

Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. A proactive, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving. A no-drama attitude and professional demeanor.
