Job Type:Full-TimeWork Arrangement:Onsite (Clark, Pampanga)Work Schedule:Monday to FridayWork Hours:40 hours per weekResponsibilities:Prepare accurate and comprehensive project cost estimates. Manage project procurement to secure necessary materials and resources. Develop and monitor project schedules using Microsoft Project.

Administer contracts both upstream and downstream, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency. Perform general project administration duties with meticulous record-keeping and reporting. Leverage Procore for project tracking, documentation, and collaboration with internal and external teams.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in construction estimating. Strong working knowledge of Procore and Cubit Software is required.

Experience in the Australian construction industry is an advantage. Proven proficiency in construction programming using Microsoft Project. At least 3 years of experience in a project management role, either on the client side or as a head contractor (or both).

At least 2 years of BPO experience in project management is required. Expertise in project management applications and software tools. Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Demonstrated ability to manage high-responsibility project management functions independently.
