We are seeking an experienced Project Cost Estimator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing project data and providing accurate cost estimates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare detailed cost estimates.
  • Develop and maintain a database of unit costs, productivity rates, and supplier pricing.
  • Review historical data and pricing trends to improve the accuracy of estimates.
  • Solicit and evaluate bids from subcontractors and vendors.
  • Coordinate with project managers to transition awarded projects into production smoothly.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Construction Estimator (3+ years preferred).
  • Proficiency with estimating software (e.g., ProEst, PlanSwift, Bluebeam, Sage Estimating).
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.
  • Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
