Product Manager Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and submit Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and feature requests, collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into clear product requirements.
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and quality assurance efforts to ensure product reliability and readiness for release.
  • Partner with regional product and development functions to drive product growth and improvement.
  • Manage end-to-end product rollouts, coordinating with cross-functional teams for smooth implementation and adoption.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for product enhancement and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Monitor product performance and user feedback to iterate and optimize continuously.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in product management or related roles in tech or platform-based companies.
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle, requirement gathering, and testing processes.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Effective communicator able to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience with UAT, QA, and product rollout processes is essential.
