Job Description- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with franchise and company objectives to drive brand performance.
- Lead innovative initiatives that build brand value through modern, stakeholder-focused marketing channels.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and business data to inform decisions and identify growth opportunities.
- Manage cross-functional projects efficiently, ensuring optimal use of time, budget, and resources.
- Design and implement programs and services that strengthen brand loyalty and competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions and long-term partnerships.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Science-related field; Master's degree (MBA) is an advantage.
- Strong consulting and business partnering skills, with a track record of designing innovative learning and marketing solutions.
- Proficient in MS Office, Power BI, and other modern tools for data analysis and campaign execution.
- Demonstrates agility, collaboration, and a global mindset in navigating complex business environments.
