Job Description
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with franchise and company objectives to drive brand performance.
  • Lead innovative initiatives that build brand value through modern, stakeholder-focused marketing channels.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and business data to inform decisions and identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage cross-functional projects efficiently, ensuring optimal use of time, budget, and resources.
  • Design and implement programs and services that strengthen brand loyalty and competitive advantage.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions and long-term partnerships.
  • Continuously challenge the status quo by promoting innovation, testing new strategies, and adapting to change.
The Successful Applicant
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical product management and sales (Medical Representative and/or Area Manager).
  • Proven expertise in Cardio therapeutic areas and digital promotions, with strong strategic and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Science-related field; Master's degree (MBA) is an advantage.
  • Strong consulting and business partnering skills, with a track record of designing innovative learning and marketing solutions.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Power BI, and other modern tools for data analysis and campaign execution.
  • Demonstrates agility, collaboration, and a global mindset in navigating complex business environments.
