Product Strategy Director

We are seeking a seasoned Product Strategy Director to lead strategic programs that drive business growth and success. This role requires strong leadership skills, ability to translate business goals into clear execution plans, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in product management, fintech, technology, financial services, or eCommerce.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional projects and teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Solid understanding of data analysis, business risk management, and change management.
  • Ability to think critically and strategically, with a problem-solving mindset.
