We are seeking a Help Desk Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our customers via various channels.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to escalate complex issues and provide solutions.
- Document and track customer requests to improve processes and trends.
- Develop and maintain knowledge base articles to assist customers.
- Minimum 4+ years of customer support experience.
- Intermediate/advanced level knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaboration and teamwork skills.
- Strategic problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, English, or Journalism.
- Experience working in a high-volume environment.
