We are currently seeking a dedicated Virtual Call Agent to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who enjoy interacting with customers and providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming calls and answer inquiries from home services clients in a professional manner.
  • Represent the client professionally and follow their standard greeting.
  • Book appointments on the client's CRM/scheduling platforms with accuracy.
  • Take detailed call summary notes including contact information, reason for inquiry, and other relevant details.
  • Transmit call notes to the client after each call with attention to detail and no typos.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple phone lines simultaneously.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • High-speed internet connection and reliable computer equipment.
  • Working independently from home with minimal supervision.
