Job Title: Sales Agent

Job Summary:

The Sales Agent is responsible for generating sales, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting the company's products and services to achieve sales targets. The role involves identifying potential customers, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
  • Identify customer needs and provide suitable product or service recommendations.
  • Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales.
  • Maintain positive business relationships with clients to ensure future sales.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate sales presentations and proposals.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training, and other company events as required.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Agent, Sales Representative, or similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.

Working Conditions:

  • Office-based and/or field work depending on client requirements.
  • May require local travel to meet clients and close sales.
