About the role

As a Wave 1 Call Center Agent at Atoz-Rachel Motorcycle parts supply, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls. This is a full-time, virtual position based in San Juan City Metro Manila, offering a dynamic work environment and opportunities for growth. You will play a crucial role in supporting the company's customer-centric approach and contributing to the overall success of the business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handle incoming customer calls and inquiries with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience
  2. Respond to customer questions and concerns efficiently and effectively
  3. Provide accurate information about the company's products, services, and policies
  4. Process customer orders, payments, and other requests in a timely and accurate manner
  5. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution
  6. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as necessary
  7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and empathetic manner
  2. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on providing solutions to customer needs
  3. Proficiency in using customer service software and computer applications
  4. Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
  5. Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  6. Fluency in English and the local language (Filipino)
