Success Coordinator Job Description

Reporting To: Operations Manager

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to work as a success coordinator, responsible for coordinating success strategies for clients and virtual assistants.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience working as a virtual assistant or executive assistant, with excellent communication skills and a win-win mindset.

As a success coordinator, you will be the bridge between clients and virtual assistants, ensuring mutual satisfaction and growth.

You will lead video calls with international clients, monitor client satisfaction, coordinate solutions to challenges, and identify opportunities for clients to expand their virtual assistant services.

You will also coach and mentor a team of virtual assistants, providing feedback and training to help them exceed client expectations.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs and address issues proactively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate success strategies for clients and virtual assistants
  • Lead video calls with international clients to understand their evolving needs
  • Monitor client satisfaction and address concerns before they escalate
  • Coach and mentor virtual assistants to achieve peak performance
  • Provide feedback and training to help VAs exceed client expectations
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a virtual assistant or executive assistant
  • Excellent English communication skills
