Job Description

As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the primary point of contact for patients and healthcare professionals. Your role will involve delivering exceptional patient care through efficient, friendly, and professional communication via phone and email.

Responsibilities include managing high volumes of inbound calls, coordinating appointments, and responding to first-line inquiries with warmth, clarity, and accuracy. You will also answer and manage a high volume of incoming phone calls, ensuring patients are supported with timely and accurate responses.

Additional responsibilities include responding to inbound email inquiries, including appointment requests, general questions, and patient follow-ups. You will make, modify, and confirm patient bookings across multiple practitioners and time zones where applicable.

Monitoring inboxes and communication channels is crucial to ensure timely responses and prioritization of urgent queries. Confirming patient registration details, ensuring all required fields are complete and accurate, is also essential.

You will update and maintain patient information in the patient management system and coordinate follow-up appointments, recall systems, and administrative workflows that support clinical staff.
