The Territory Delivery Lead serves as the overall Project Manager for assigned territories or regions, overseeing the entire build process from site acquisition to project closure, in alignment with regional priorities.

This role ensures successful delivery of network infrastructure projects by managing all phases, including site acquisition, project execution, resource allocation, and vendor management.

Primary project focus areas include Wireless, Broadband, and other supporting facilities. The Territory Delivery Lead has authority to make key decisions regarding project execution, resource allocation, and vendor management within their assigned territory to meet target Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of network infrastructure projects, from site acquisition to project closure, ensuring timely completion and quality standards are met.

  • Oversee project execution, resource allocation, and vendor management within assigned territories or regions.

  • Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including National/Territory NTG Leads and Tribes, to ensure alignment with regional priorities and goals.

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve target KPIs, focusing on efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
