Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines Lancesoft Full time $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Company - ConfidentialContract – 6 Months extendable/Renewable contract with Lancesoft. Payroll – With LancesoftWork Mode – Onsite (Mon – Sat)Responsibilities:Responsible for the documentation, configuration, maintenance, and reliable operation of network infrastructure. Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS).

Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes, and security configurations to ensure security compliance. Provide documentation on network design, implementation, and upgrades. Perform patching, scanning, and remediation of network vulnerabilities.

Perform and accomplish Project Related Tasks. Develop reports on performance and availability of infrastructure systems by review of service uptime, utilization, and throughput. Perform capacity planning and trending to ensure sufficient current and future network resource utilization.

Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval, and success of changes made to the network infrastructure. Select and implement security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the company's security team. Liaise with vendors and support team on implementation and problem resolution.

Flexibility to work beyond working hours depending on criticality of network-related issues. Job Requirements:Graduate of any course, preferably IT-related courses (ECE, Computer Engineering, IT) or relevant qualifications. Minimum 5 to 10 years of related work experience in a network engineering, design, and support role.

CCNP or higher (CCIE and/or CISSP highly valued) is preferred. Strong technical competencies in managing routers, switches, firewalls, VPN appliances, Web proxy, load balancers, IP Telephony, etc. Expert in networking protocols such as IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, 802.11, QoS.Excellent understanding of the OSI and/or TCP/IP model.

Experience with Aruba and Fortinet devices. Experience in crafting network design. Experience with network security and vulnerabilities.

Good analytical skills, resourceful, and able to work under minimum supervision. Eager to learn new skills/technology and keep abreast with industry trends and best practices. Ability to articulate, possess strong written, documentation, and effective communication skills in English.
