About the Role

The Senior Network Architect Manager is responsible for leading the architecture, engineering, and operational support of the organization's global network infrastructure.

  • Ensuring stability, performance, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Directing and managing daily activities of the Network Architecture and Operations Teams.
  • Supervising and mentoring network engineers and operations associates.
  • Acting as a primary escalation point for technical and operational issues.
Network Design & Engineering:
  • Designing, planning, and implementing network installation projects.
  • Developing and enforcing network architecture standards and policies.
  • Conducting capacity planning and network analysis to ensure scalability and reliability.
  • Providing advanced network simulation and analysis in support of application and business requirements.
  • Designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud networking technologies.
Operations & Compliance:
  • Overseeing day-to-day operation and maintenance of the organization's WAN and LAN infrastructure.
  • Monitoring network performance, performing periodic assessments, and implementing enhancements.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to enforce information security policies.
  • Defining and participating in disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity planning (BCP) practices.
Vendor & Project Management:
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with network-related vendors.
  • Managing network-related projects, including planning, implementation, and documentation.
  • Providing status updates and detailed reports to the IT leadership.
Documentation & Training:
  • Maintaining and enhancing the Firm's network information repositories.
  • Developing and delivering training services to applicable teams.
Experience Requirements:
  • Strong experience managing network infrastructure in a mid-to-large enterprise.
  • Experience supervising network architecture and operations teams.
  • Strong experience with network security and compliance standards.
Certifications:
  • Cisco CCNP/CCIE and/or Cisco CCDP preferred.
