Senior IT Infrastructure Project ManagerBroadridge is seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead the planning, execution and delivery of infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of common infrastructure components and be able to engage effectively with senior leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of IT strategies
  • Develop and manage project plans, resource allocation and budgeting
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the accuracy and completeness of CMDB
  • Map user journeys to infrastructure including servers, networks, and storage
  • Produce high-level technical Architecture Diagrams with hardware and software interactions
  • Collaborate with the Observability Team to identify issues and impact to end-user experience
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and vendors
Requirements

The successful candidate will possess:
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Technology
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT project management with a focus on infrastructure
  • Extensive knowledge of hardware and software architecture in Windows and Linux virtualized environments
  • ITIL certification and PMP certification desired
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
