Job Overview

This strategic role oversees product development, enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring technology initiatives align with business goals and deliver scalable, secure, and user-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technology Strategy & Leadership
    • Develop and communicate the company-wide IT strategy and roadmap.
    • Align technology investments with business priorities.
    • Advise leadership on emerging technologies and their impact.
  • Innovation & Engagement
    • Foster a culture of innovation and digital transformation.
    • Promote IT literacy and cross-functional collaboration.
    • Build strategic partnerships and ensure transparent communication of tech initiatives.
  • Product Development
    • Lead UX/UI strategy across platforms, integrating research, design, and usability.
    • Define product vision and roadmap aligned with market trends and business goals.
    • Oversee product lifecycle and performance optimization.
  • Architecture & Engineering
    • Guide enterprise architecture for scalable, sustainable solutions.
    • Mentor technical teams and promote best practices in development and integration.
  • Cybersecurity
    • Oversee security architecture, risk management, and incident response.
    • Lead secure software design and implementation.
    • Manage vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and threat analysis.
    • Direct digital forensics and security operations.
  • Governance, Risk & Compliance
    • Lead cyber risk assessments and regulatory compliance.
    • Develop and implement data security strategies aligned with relevant regulations.
    • Oversee IT audit frameworks and internal control enhancements.
Qualifications & Experience
  • A minimum of 10 years in senior technology leadership, preferably as CTO or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in cloud technologies is essential.
  • Strong background in IT operations, enterprise architecture, and governance.
  • Demonstrated success in product development and UX strategy.
  • Expertise in software engineering and digital transformation.
  • Deep understanding of data privacy regulations and international standards.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
  • Ability to inspire cross-functional teams and drive organizational change.
