We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled leader to fill the role of Executive Manager in our Technology Programme. This is a senior leadership position that will require strong strategic capability, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' work experience in the Small Enterprises Development Sector, with at least 5 years in a senior management role. They will also have direct experience in SMME programmes and related development, as well as a deep understanding of business processes and government small enterprise support strategies.

The key responsibilities of this role will include strategically directing and coordinating the implementation of best practice Seda Technology Programme services, overseeing the development and implementation of integrated programme strategy, policies, and guidelines, and managing the provision of quality, standards, and technology transfer operations.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as commerce, technology management, or engineering, and will have a proven track record in implementing business strategies and related policies.

Additional requirements include having a high level of analytical and problem-solving skills, being able to communicate complex information effectively, and possessing strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.

In addition to these requirements, the successful candidate must demonstrate a commitment to promoting equity and representivity in terms of race, gender, and people living with disability, as per the organizational Employment Equity Plan (EE Plan).
